4A SIC this year is a recovering. With Middleton and BK at the top, Mountain Home right behind and Skyview and Nampa rebuilding their teams. The conference is very lopsided this year. Middleton will return to the State dance - with 4 returning starters and 7 total returning from last years team. Since Middleton has a bench that can put points on the board - Look for them to be really strong. BK is right there and are always tough! Look for MH to be in the play-in game and Middleton and BK to go 1 -2 to State.
