The College of Idaho women's basketball team edged Warner Pacific Friday night, 65-64, to improve to 12-1 on the season.
The mark, which doesn't include an exhibition win over NCAA Division I Weber State on November 3, is the best start in program history for the Coyotes.
The women return to the court on New Year's Eve when they host neighboring Northwest Nazarene in Caldwell. Gametime is 7 PM.
