The Borah Lions jumped on the Centennial Patriots early and never looked back, running away with the win in the elimination game #2, 66-46. Centennial had some early lineup issues and Borah took advantage, starting with the hot shooting of Dennis Mikelonis and then letting the hot shooting spread to everyone in the Borah lineup.

Credit to the Lions for adjusting to some foul trouble in the third quarter. With Mikelonis having to take a seat, Borah became very methodical, working 50-60 seconds off the clock each possesion, which usually ended up in a Craig Spjute layup or elbow jump shot.

Borah now moves on to play Boise at 7:30 at Borah next Tuesday. The winner heads to state; the loser will have to win their next game in order to make it to the play-in game at Grangeville.
